Our selection includes laptop sleeves, bags, stands, chargers, hubs, docking stations, portable monitors, screen protectors, cleaning tools, and security accessories. We do not sell laptop computers.

Please review the product description, supported models, dimensions, connector type, voltage, wattage, operating-system requirements, and other compatibility information before ordering. A matching screen size or connector shape does not always guarantee compatibility.

Lapwise charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order unless a different amount is clearly displayed during checkout. Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during promotional periods, high order volume, payment verification, or product availability checks.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after shipment. International delivery, where available, is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after shipment. Carrier, weather, customs, and address-related delays may affect delivery times.

Once tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after a shipping label is created.

Contact us before sending any return so that we can provide the correct instructions and authorized return address.
